| Should Disney shareholders sue over F911? |
|
It seems they have failed in their fiduciary duties to maximize shareholder profits.
I think they may be open for a class action lawsuit, they walked away from a huge money maker it seems.
Possible?

| 3. I Don't think they can sue him... |
|
...they "hired" him to look over their interests. If they don't like his decision making process then they fire him.

| 4. There Has been a big Shareholder Effort to Dump Eisner |
|
With Eisner directly responsible for Disney NOT profiting from what looks like the biggest hit movie of the year (even though Disney provided the funding initially) AND taking the PR hit of being perceived as attempting to kill it, risking a boycott...
I think the effort to remove Eisner will pick up steam.

| 5. How much did the movie cost to make? |
|
Marketing hasn't been a lot. Mostly word of mouth. No actors paid (I don't think), he might have had to pay for someone else's footage, but I'm under the impression most was given to him. This movie really has the chance to be the most profitable ever. If it makes $100 million but only cost $5million to make and market...
