considering that, he has got to be pretty bold to evejn question anything about this Bush regime.

Leahy was just being his affable self and playing beltway politics and he was only doing his job when he brought up the questions.

Cheney is a midget compared to Leahy.

I suggest we write to the White HOuse and tell Cheney and
Bush to go fuck themselves since apparently now, it is accepted as a legitimate way for a vice president to address or attack members of the Senate on the Senate floor.

If it is OK and it "feels good" to the president of the Senate, one, Dick Cheney,then I would say it has opened the door for us who oppose
Bush and we should alos avail ourselves of the "feel good" bonus.

We now should be able to send him and even Laura an e-mail telling them both to go fuck themself since Bush does not seem to be disturbed by Cheney using this in the Senate against Senators and Cheney has said that he has the support of many Senate Republicans for saying it.

It must be OK to do so for the rest of us then.

I suggest we all write letters to Bush, to Laura, to
Cheney , suggesting that they fuck themself.

That would certainly "feel good" for many of us.

How much can we be arrested or prosecuted when Cheney himself has used this device against Senators on the
Senate floor?

6. Leahy needs a backbone

Cheney is all over TV and in interviews stating how he just had enough and FU was a way to tell Leahy to stop harassing him. Smiles and all. He is being labeled "hero" for speaking his mind.

Oh yeah...Leahy is apologizing. Just like Tom Daschle did. Like Gephardt did. Like so many of the Democrats do.
