Bremer's last moment edicts......anybody heard them?

Bremer's last moment edicts......anybody heard them?

one that I heard was that some guy/group he apppointed/approved of has the right to disallow ANY candidate with militia connections--clearly aimed at Sadr.

another one: he named some guy as head of state security, or something akin to that, to a FIVE YEAR TERM!

anybody got the word on this stuff.....not to mention all the other little exceptions to their absolute sovereignty

they just had a press conference on this at teh CFAP. it was on CSPAN II......should be repeated
