Any links debunking John/Theresa connection to Heinz Co.

I was under the impression that neither Theresa nor John had any remaining ties to the Heinz company and it's business practices beyond Theresa's role in the philanthropic end of things.

Any good articles or links debunking this? I couldn't find anything on Snopes although perhaps I was looking incorrectly.
