"And I just said, "Good Luck!"."
An otherwise noble little list from which to employ a legion. Not so very unlike Bush's whimsical charge to eliminate all "eva'doers" therefore a call for full employment services to they, such as myself, who agree with what you have said here ~

If while no-less than a daunting, never ending prospect...

the rest of the list. More ppl need to know about executive order 13303. Check out this URL in regard to the attempted defection of Hussein Kamel. I think it sheds some light on way he didn't get a pass to the west. http://www.globalresearch.ca/articles/KHA304A.html

Truth in advertising is a good place to start. Bush never was what he was advertised to be.
Need to compare and contrast the deceit of this administration with the truth of our ideals. Beating up on 13303 is a good place to start.

check out the URL. It's a great article written by an Iraqi defector. Most of the widely reported support of evidence on WMD is the attempted defection of Hussein Kamel and what he supposedly said in interviews.

I read that before but it was worth looking at again.
While glancing through it I found another disturbing point relevant to this thread. During the Bush/Cheney/Rice/Rumsfeld speeches leading to the invasion, all of them were constantly mixing old information (1991-92 vintage) into their speeches as if it was current intelligence or news. That is the kind of lying and misinformation which needs to be exposed!

and by calling the propoganda--the 'Big Lie' exactly what it is every time it is dispersed from the White House and the media. We'll never win any war on an abstract noun. We just have to keep reminding people what the truth is.

| 15. I think greed and ignorance are where it all starts, ultimately |
|
Not that either one is going to ever be completely eradicated. I'd posit that the most destructive scenarios come from interplay between the greed of the People In Charge and the ignorance of Everyone Else.
For example, hate comes largely from ignorance, and is used by those with greed to further their own selfish goals - these same people often resort to deceit to stoke the fires of hatred. Turn the tide on ignorance and the self-serving powerful, who've caused most of the strife throughout human history, will be isolated and find their power eroded. In the United States today, though, is rampant ignorance among the general population becoming more entrenched or is there yet hope?

On the one hand - it's a pain in the neck to have people like Limbaugh and Colter getting people so riled up against liberals that they threaten to kill them or at least suggest that they want to.
On the other hand - there is the DLC that seems to want to be so moderate as to not distingish themselves from Bush.
I tend to agree with whoever suggested that we're better off defining ourselves as being significantly different from the Bush type of Republicans. I would think everyone here would want to, as well.

I threw away my plastic Jesus statue off of my dashboard and replaced it with the New 'AWOL JOE' acting figure! As soon as I did that, my old gasoline was worth far more money the very next week! I filled up last week at $152.9 per gallon and just a week later that same gas is worth $2.00.9 a gallon at the pumps! I guess I needed the octane boost I got out of just changing my statues, because @ $2.00.9 a gallon the octane rating is bound to be higher! It's almost like turning water into wine!
Before Bush stole the election people didn't get shot down like Dawgs for filling up, like they do around here nowdaze! Dignitude my arse!
Come, we go pump Ethyl in our steel helmets!
