As we know the the indigent and destitute Mr. Lay needs legal defense as much as anyone now. He did lose $350 Million along with his former co-workers. So fellow DU'ers lets be fair and do what we can to make sure the Mr.Lay gets the best public defender that the state can afford. Perhaps this man's plight will shed light on the need for the real, earnest need of proper legal representation for the poor in this country.
