I doubt the media can totally ignore it like they did Larry Flynt's interesting and credible book that came out last month. But instead I expect to see a media campaign to attempt to discredit her completely and call it just trash.

6. Sorry Kids...Kitty Kelley Is Crapola...

Hopefully we won't have to rely on this book to do more than throw some egg on the BFEE, just like her Raygun book did.

Her problem is most of her writings are based on rumors and second and third-hand stories...good tabloid stuff, but not what one would call investigative journalism. Much of what she publishes, while not completely debunked, is rarely verified, either. (example: Nancy & Frank Sinatra doin' the nasty)

For those who like trash, and I'm certain we'll have lots of laughs with the revelations about Neil Bushbot, buy the book.

What should be interesting is the involvement of Neil's ex-wife. And the lurid tales of Dumbya's past will be getting a lot of attention.

Kelley's a muckraker, but people talk about her books.

And keep in mind, Nancy did it with a lot of guys in Hollywood. Peter Lawford's wife claimed he said she gave the best head in Hollywood.

Most of Kelley's topics are embarassing to the target...try and fight her and you play right into her game.

Take her to court and be assured you've just given her millions in free publicity and months of air time...where, until it's proven in a court, she can continue to site her story...even amplifying it. If this was some small timer...a blogger for example...with limited money...then you'd see the suits and Cease & Desist orders...but going after Kitty Kelley is doing so at one's peril.

Look at how much of Clinton's problems in the inquisition was based on his desire to fight for his innocence...had he settled out with the Jones cabal (and that's an entirely different topic...I'm glad he didn't at that time), it would have prevented the deposition that led to "the lie" and away we go again.
