Now that the primaries are over, there are a lot of losing-candidate signs to recycle. Paint over them with white, then anti-Bush 'em.
It's the environmentally-friendly thing to do. :)

Very polished looking signs! My only contribution was a crude spray-painted sign saying "Bush Lied" (I underestimated how much carboard I would need to fit "Soldiers Died") on the day of a Bush visit.
I highly recommend plastic zip ties for affixing signs to chain-link fence.
