I almost fell out of my chair when he got on the computer and dissed Rat-face Joe Scarborough.

On the crawler beneath Joe it said over and over;

"Scarborough is a Douche, Scarborough is a Douche, Scarborough is a Douche"

First and foremost, they consider the entertainment angle and you can't joke twice about the same thing without letting it settle a bit first, let more information come in, let it become part of the zeitgeist, and then rescewer it.
