Getting comfortable. Still hasn't gone for the jugular yet. But some funny moments.

I agree that Mike seems to be easing into his groove... but it's soooo good to hear him back on the airwaves (streaming) again... :hi:

| 4. Well, lessee - he called Cheney "an eater of flesh" |
|
or some such. It was a good broadcast. Archived at White Rose Society, too.

| 6. Considerably smoother. |

Christ, he's ain't a Superman, no matter what we think of him, and he was bound to have some ring rust and butterflies on the first night. That said, Mike is a pro and will hit Full Cry in nothing flat. Yes, he needs the beautiful and Mellifluous Mrs. Bay-Malloy back in fighting trim and doing her world-class knob twiddling(in the best possible taste, of course!), but she has certainly earned Parental Leave, even at this time.
New Seditious Irish peeples need a hell of a lot of care, ya' know.
We will know all is truly well and God is firmly back in His Heaven when we hear a new "Pickles" commercial. ;-)

| 10. Do you remember the night... |
|
....when they played a Pickles bit for the enth time and he said he wanted to stick an ice pick in his ear rather than hear it again? And don't get me started on the commercials they had. Like that diet pill ad with the girl on the beach without a towel wrapped around her waist. I got pretty good at jumping to mute the sound on those.

liked the way he didn't fall for the freeper trick of changing the subject. And the litany of Bush lies was fun.
But nothing else that isn't done as well or better by Al or Randi.

|
and was great - and good news he said in a few weeks after Kathy has a chance to recoup a little they will start doing some of the great things they did on ieAmerica - like Uncle Mikes story corner and audio clips.
