I heard last on Scarborough Country that only one person in the SwiftVets against John Kerry actually served with him. Is this true?

This was the first time I have heard this. So, I thought, what better place to find out more about this then here on DU. Believe me, this was not intentional! I did not bring this topic up because I saw it was posted a few threads ago. This my first opportunity to post a question and I asked it. I am very grateful for everyone who replied, because it is adding to my knowledge of this whole political process.

So, to close. Again, I am truly sorry for inconveniencing anyone who has seen this thread topic posted a few time before, I am just trying to get all of the information I can and pass it on to the uninformed people I know.

All the others just happened to be Swift Vets in the same war in the same country but at different times and on different boats. So of course they are perfectly qualified to judge him as a person and his service.

as Kerry. But Doug Brinkley interviewed all or most of those guys last year for Kerry's bio and I don't believe they had any such complaints then. Of course that was before O'Neill started throwing money around.

The men who stood with him at the convention were impressive to me. I watched on cspan so I don't know if other stations showed this part of the convention. I read that one of his crew said he'd follow him to hell if JK asked him to.

these idjuts? maybe they are the ones who did all these things that Kerry was protesting when he came back from the war, and they don,t want to be found out. (collecting ears, scalps,burn villages, rape, etc. can this be checked?)Maybe if we just got vocal about the possibility that they could be the ones who did this they will go away and not come back.

if Kerry finally releases all of his military records. Then his true heroism will be known. He has vowed to on several occasions, but I keep running across stories that only partial records were released to date. Has anyone else been following up on this? What's the hold up?

Lets write Scarborough!..........Ask him to ask questions of this John..like.Nixon hack to get Kerry.the law firm he is in.His actions in the bush/McCain race.if members of this group are the old members of the other group against McCain.
Also I plan on saying that lately he has shown some courage in asking questions about the bush administration.......and I heard him at the Democratic Convention.he was out raged that Kerry had to rush through his speech because of the network timer clock running....he was down right irate...

was the Capt who headed Operation Sealords. He was bloodthirsty, bucking for Admiral and he didn't appreciate Kerry's letting others know what he thought about him. Some of these other swift boat skippers who are now saying Kerry is unfit expressed the same sentiments as Kerry at the time and even as recently as last year, to Doug Brinkley when he interviewed them for "Tour of Duty".

I hope Brinkley comes forward with what he was told last year.
