Would the RW have rallied around Clinton had 9/11 happened under him?

If Clinton had take the identical actions to GW after 9/11 would the right wing in this country have supported him and rallied around the military as they have under GW?

I think not. When I think about how they trashed him for Bosnia (work left by Bush I) and Kosovo, I know in my heart they would have impeached him for these actions and the pundits would have been mericless.
