why can't I get the Bush speech on C-Span?

I've had this problem before and usually just keep trying until it eventually works. I may just wait to catch a rerun on TV this weekend. Someone else mentioned watching with popcorn, and that sounds like a plan to me!

wow, folks, it is worse than i thought. this guy is truly stumbling, bumbling, inarticulate, meandering, spaced out, and arrogant in his own stupidity. i have not been able to watch or listen to him for years, maybe because we only ever get the edited purified versions of his ramblings. but this, this is sight to behold - pure chimp, unscripted and like a friggin' fish out of water, hanging onto that podium for dear life and simply making an absolute fool out of himself. even he couldn't have thought the journalists were laughing WITH him. why does this man want a second term? he is clearly in over his head, that can't be a good feeling.
