Who is the Talk Show Host McIntyre?

He was just on Annie C. and he got her good! She said Americans understand the war. We are doing better than we did in WWII. We were attacked on 9/11 and we are responding. This McIntyre guy got in under the wire and said "But we weren't attacked by Iraq?" and he started rolling his eyes. It was soo funny. Annie didn't know what to do -- couldn't get the last word in. I undertand she blew off Conansen last night (see Salon)! I bet she blows off this guy next time.
