| Al Jazeera is in Falluja... Al Jazeera is being banned for one month.. |
|
Al Jazeera is the only news source in Falluja. If there is no one reporting from Falluja, how will we know what is about to happen there? Are there plans to go into Falluja and clean up the mess, as we speak? Is that the whole idea about banning Al Jazeera? Why one month??

|
And that is part of the decision to crack down on Al Jazeera?

| 7. It certainly mirrors Bush's bombing Aljazeera and two other independent... |

news outfits in Bagdad, the day before the phony destruction of the Saddam statue. So, it's not like the US hasn't given Allawi a perfect example to justify keeping independent media away from view of the worst shenanigans.

| 8. Allawi is wholly under Bush's control... |
|
It isn't just the example of the Bush Administration that let him do this, it was likely their direct approval and perhaps even command....

No need for such pesky things as freedom of the press and freedom of speech, after all....
