4. He is talking about it right now. The USA sends "civilians to help" that

then show up the next day with guns to interrogate and detain people.

Then these doctors are killed because Afghans think they are the same as those gun toting "helpers"

says they have worked in worse situations than Afghanistan. The problem in Afghanistan is that they have been targeted by the Taliban for the confusion created by the "help with strings" policy of the USA.

7. Caller: the USA is doing as much as it can in Afghanistan. the UN

needs to step up. Hmmmmm... could the US policy have anything to do with the reluctance of the UN to participate anywhere where the US is in command?

10. Repugs are concerned because CHRISTIANS are being killed in

Darfur. A Sudanese catholic bishop said so on TV. The doctor said that the majority killed have been Muslims. I think the war there is to eliminate the black population to benefit the arab population, not just muslims vs. Christians. But we will never know for sure, will we?
