But, as a female I do know from much reading that abortion has been around a long time (since dawn of recorded history and beyond), and that herbs were used along with implements and some worked and some didn't.

It's a fact of life that there will always be circumstances when a woman decides that to bring a child into the world is not the right thing for the child. And it's between her and her god or her conscience. It won't stop because of laws it will go into the back alleys and to the folks who can afford the Docs who will do it "privately."

I remember when abortion wasn't legal. And, yet, one could find a way and some died finding a way, and others were never able to have another child because of the procedure. But, if you had money you could find a person who would do it. And, there were Doc's who were out there who believed that what they were doing was good, too. Those who were "lucky" could find those folks, but it took "connections."

Making abortion illegal would only cause more death and heartache.
