Bush's orginal tax plan

I seem to remember Bush's original tax plan in 2001 only called for tax cuts for the wealthy and it was only through pressure from the Senate and Congress that the middle class received a cut as part of the package.

Can anyone hit me with a reputable link that addresses this? It could come in handy in a debate I'm having.

1. My fogged memory wants to think the tax cuts were for both the wealthy

and middle class, but the working poor were excluded from the cuts and still are. There was some debate over this since many members of the military fell into the last group.
