| 2. There should be international observers |

There should be international observers, especially in but not restricted to Florida.
The last presidential election was stolen in Florida and only a liar or a fool would say otherwise.

If these observers were to say everything was legit and nothing came up to raise suspicions and Bush won regardless, this board would say that the observers were bought off, stooges of the Bush empire, or threatened to keep their mouths shut.
Likewise, if Kerry wins this time around you'll have most of FR making the same claims about the observers.
Sorry but I'm cynical enough after regularly reading DU and FR to believe there will never be another election where the losing side (whether it be D or R) ever accepts defeat graciously even in the case of significant margins of victory outside of the margin of error.

If the obervers bring up a dispute that would go against Bush, they will be portrayed as 'decadent European leftists' who have it in for Bush.
