Regarding Moore's 'fake headline' - Didn't the Repukes do it ?

A friend was saying he is SURE that the Buschco TV ad about Kerry 'voting to raise gas taxes' used a fake, made-up, semi-official-looking doument purporting to be Kerry's 'Senate voting record' on this issue.

Thinking back, I believe he's 100% correct !

I Googled and came up with nothing.

This would be a great counterpoint to the Wingnuts who say that this one little artistic liberty in F9/11 invalidates the whole movie.

Anybody else remember this, and where I could find more info on this ad ?
