I doubt that we will ever find out unless the current administration is booted.
In the military, leaders have to sign for equipment when they take over a leadership position. If items are missing, someone has to pay for them. I saw this in the Army when my company came back from Desert Storm. Lots of flak vests were missing and the outgoing CO (commanding officer) had to pay for them. It wasn't a pretty sight, let me tell you.
Of course, Halliburton can charge the government for equipment that it never delivers or the equipment can later be stolen but we will never know that unless * is gone. * and Cheney will do just about anything to prevent those types of events from seeing the light of day.

all of the humvees and tanks and helicopters that cost thousands and thousands of dollars. And the cost of the rockets and other arms that have been used up. I bet I have seen pictures of a hundred burned up humvees alone. And burned up tanks.
