I've seen lots of vinyl at them. Some great oddball ones, too, to use for crafting. But I've seem Bruce albums many times.

does anyone remember the people who boycotted the Beatles after their bigger than Jesus comment? Remember how successful that was? I mean that really sunk their career...John, Paul, George and Ringo, who?
Silly people!

Pathetic moves like this ad make me think a major change is coming. Perhaps these are the last-ditch attempts of an ideology that knows it's going to lose big in November.

| 5. Boy, GOP music libraries must be really awful... |
|
I mean really, how many decent right-wing artists are there? Is it all Toby Keith and Ted Nugent? Is it all gospel? Seriously, the music issue alone is enough to keep any normal person out of the GOP. Let alone the horrible policy platform.
When I think of GOP music, I think of that horrible opera-style singing that was in all the old Disney movies. You know, the chorus of wailing banshees staring down their noses at you from the choir seats...c'mon...who's with me?

| 14. Toby Keith is a registered Democrat |
|
I can't defend SOME of his lyrics, but I was very happy to hear that (the registered Dem part) because I can't help it (and I tried until I learned he is a Dem), I'm a fan. I think he's an extremely talented songwriter, and I love his voice as well.

|
singers I know are liberal. Just like most artists. I think it would be more appropriate to call it Ashcroft-style singing, if it's the kind I'm thinking you mean. (...and the Disney style is more broadway-style than opera... just sayin')

if so that is so cool...I've been living in NJ my whole life any you would think that I would run into him just one time! Even my mom got to meet him, she snuck into the Stone Pony about 20 or so years ago when he was doing a sound check, and they didn't kick her out because she was cute and persuasive!

|
I've had to spend a lot of money on things I wouldn't normally buy in the last few years: The Dixie Chicks, Martha Stewart, Linda Rondstadt.
On the bright side: at least I don't have to buy Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson crap. That would REALLY suck.

If they choose to deprive themselves of the pleasure of listening to the Boss, it's their loss.
It's a pity we can't lure them into boycotting tv, newspapers, radio, food, breathing air, drinking water, etc. They're stupid and obsessed enough that we might be able to trick them into it.

When "NYPD Blue" first announced that there was going to be partial nudity from the characters, there was a guy named Wildmon who was calling for a boycott FOR A SHOW THAT HADN'T EVEN AIRED YET! That didn't work out too well. A lot of people tuned it in just because of bthe extra attention Wildmon gave it. If I worked for that show, or anything else the Righties want to boycott, I'd give them a hearty thank you. Like Franken did. Boy their ignorance never fails to amaze me. And to quote a line from Bruce Springsteen, "Have a Party in the Pink Cadillac".

There's several songs about 911 on that CD. She should crawl back under the rock she crawled out from under. NJ lost a LARGE number of people in 911 and Bush USED the disaster to attack Iraq. Bruce knew people who were killed. :(

Boycotting Bruce Springsteen???? Goof grief! I hope she's spending a whole bunch of $$$$ on the ad. Waste, waste, waste those repuke dollars.
Does Springsteen have any NEW CD out right now? If not, I'll buy an old one that I don't have.
Will the repukes ever learn? Whenever they do this to one of our supporters, their sales go UP!!! They aren't very bright, are they?

of ANY commercial enterprise, which Bruce Springsteen and his record company and his production employees all fall into that category.
