Every time I have seen Elizabeth Dole on a committee, she cheerleads

instead of asking tough questions. Every single time. First time I heard her, I thought maybe she just had nothing to ask, but once again, she has a prepared filibustering rah-rah thing to say that sticks it to the attendees. I also notice that Rumsfeld ALWAYS fidgets around when she talks, until she finally gets to whatever her softball *question* is.
