I heard a DNC commercial where a woman said that she does not think Bush is doing anything about Healthcare issues. I have not even heard him acknowledge this crisis.

Only thing I've heard is Bush rail about trial lawyers, whom he says are "Kerry's biggest donors."

The fact he hasn't mentioned it means it tests too 'hot' in focus groups, I'll bet.

When your main strategy is to depress voter turnout, to keep the angry little people from going to the polls, you don't want to hit such an emotional issue.
