Message from OBL

Rumor has it that Osama Bin Laden has sent a personal message to George W. Bush just to let him know that he is still alive and still in the game. The problem has been that the message apparently was in code when Bush received it. It read, "370HSSV-0773H". Supposedly Bush first consulted Karl Rove, then George Tenant and then assorted other minions, flunkies and hangers on...all to no avail. Bush apparently was at his wit's end several days ago when Secretary of State Colin Powell strode into his office to attend to a separate matter. Bush apparently asked Powell what he could make of the message. Powell reportedly studied the message for a moment or two and then replied, "I think you have it upside down, Mr. President".


Another story from the Bush campaign trail has Bush and Cheney showing up together for lunch at a restaurant in DesMoines, Iowa. After perusing the menu for several minutes Cheney told the waitress that he would have the "Heart Healthy" salad special. It was then the President's turn to order. He turned to the waitress smiled broadly and said, "Young lady I would like a quickie."
Shocked, the waitress replied, "Mr. President! I am disappointed. I thought that your administration was supposed to represent the vanguard of Christian moral authority. And here you are coming right out and asking me for a quickie."
As the waitress slowly shook her head in a gesture of heartfelt disappointment, Cheney reportedly broke into the conversation saying,"Mr. President, I believe that its pronounced Quiche."
