Fahrenheit 9/11 left her cold, but "Outfoxed" enraged her

Note from a friend with whom I went to see F 9/11 last week. She's a very reason-oriented person for whom the emotional appeal of F 9/11 did very little. But I got this note from her about her "Outfoxed" experience at a Portland theater this weekend:

"Erika and I went to "Outfoxed" yesterday. She came out of the movie feeling really pissed off and I was almost in tears."

She also returned the "Uncovered" DVD I had loaned her over the weekend which impressed her much more than F 9/11. I'm not saying F 9/11 was a bad film, in fact I have loved it more each time I have seen it. What I am saying is that "Uncovered" and "Outfoxed" will appeal much more to people who prize fact-based appeals over more emotional appeals.

Note to you folks who already own "Outfoxed" and "Uncovered" on DVD (I own two of each and always keep at least one of each in circulation): please support the theatrical releases of these films, particularly "Uncovered" which has loads of new material and has been buffed up for the movie theaters.

than f911, hard to argue with all that experience.

11. I'm proud to say that our local video store has a bunch of copies of

Outfoxed, and the girl at the counter said that it has been renting really well.

Considering that I live in MS, and that my town used to be so bad Dylan wrote a song about it, I think that is outstanding!

Outfoxed scared the bejesus out of me, I'm sure it has the same effect only multiplied for those who are less informed.

it needed to be made, but since I've always avoided
viewing Faux, it was more than I could handle watching
at one sitting....
