If Kerry dissed Vets 1971, why does Bush blame them today for Abu Ghraib?

If Kerry dissed Vets 1971, why does Bush blame them today for Abu Ghraib?
Bush claims Abu Ghraib was done by a few inlisted men (woman), yet trys to pawn Veitnam vet anger on Kerry while his own admin is putting solders in jail for crimes that they were told to do by Rumsfeld.
