Albany Mosque Terror Case Blasted by Presiding Judge
Ashcroft was so eager for some justification for his phony terror alert even if the evidence was suspect.

1. Judge Homer
is a former Asst. U.S. Attorney. He knows how cases should be presented, and he runs his courtroom by the book. Coming from him, this is a very stinging criticism.
