Trying to debunk a statement attributed to Ted Rall

A journalist friend of mine is trying to debunk the following statement attributed to Ted Rall about the protests at the RNC;

> visitors to the city. Prostitutes with AIDS plan to seduce Republican

Can anybody tell me if he said anything that might have even been spun into this... I simply can't imagine that he did.
