...and getting the show in Boston too! By getting SO many new stations (Miami, Philly, San Diego, Denver, Ann Arbor, Reno, Albuquerque, etc...) in such a short time, that sends a clear message: Air America IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE! And Boston being a top 10 market, they MUST be trying to get it on there.

But I hope they do! I know WLIB's transmitter is in N. Jersey, just north of Newark. I'll be in NYC come Thursday (DROP DEAD FESTIVAL BABY!!!! http://www.DropDeadFestival.com DEATHROCK AND PUNK STILL RULE!!!) so I'll see for myself how well it comes in on THE ISLAND!

What's really great is, WLIB is 10,000 watts...not bad for AM. WABC is 50,000 watts...and is getting its ass kicked by WLIB! Imagine if WLIB was 50,000 watts!

So we're not getting Randi and the rest in real time. They all get pushed to later slots.

I'm not an Ed fan at all. His delivery reminds me too much of Rush. So, it'll be nice having Franken on the car radio when I do my errands. But I'll continue listening to streaming audio for the rest of the day and evening when the broadcasts are live. And I'll make my choice known to Clear Channel. Ed will not get my support.

26. Rush is an asshole, but he's a successful asshole

Like it or not, he's at least partially responsible for the right wing assault on the media in the last decade. So while what he says may be disgusting, it is none the less effective. Rush's delivery sells his right wing spew. He pisses people off, and that's why it works for him.

If Ed Schultz, or Randi, for that matter, get as many people pissed at Junior as Rush did at Clinton, I would say they were doing their jobs.

And just in the interests of full disclosure, I don't listen to either show on a regular basis, since streaming apps don't work that well in the office.
