I know this has been discussed so much here at DU, in one form or another, but it bears repeating. In fact, there should be a DEM press conference or moveon.org ad with the speaker reading out the names and qualifications/expertise of these hawkish regpugs. Men with no military service are gung ho to send young men to die in war for them. Men who have had military service and seen action are much more hesitant to send people to their deaths:
