Our forests need your help. Please sign today!
On July 12, the administration announced its latest and most sweeping effort to end protection for tens of millions of acres of wild forestlands across the nation. This new proposal would not only eliminate the protections provided by the popular Roadless Area Conservation rule, but would also pave the way for taking the "national" out of our national forests, by seeking management suggestions from state governors. Tell the Bush administration to protect our nation's wild forests. The official comment deadline ends on September 14. Please act today!
