perhaps since they are in NY. It is a 'bipartisan" idea that is more noted for the abuses than the theoretical good it might have done. Just another hideaway from corporate accountability where favored businesses can avoid taxes, rules, things like that.
Iraq is an "opportunity zone" for Halliburton. It is exactly simple as that.
A new version of "the benefit of the doubt". It is of great benefit to always doubt the good intentions of the GOP.
