Bush comes from a world of deceit,fear,lies and selfishness. He cannot understand Kerry's world,knows nothing of duty or compassion. So he throws mud,hoping some sticks and be damned of the consequences. Some mud sticks and it dishonors all decorated vets. He doesn't care.

2. My thoughts.

I think those Purple Heart BandAids at the convention really screwed them with those vets who were still loyal to Bush because "Tommy Franks is a GREAT GENERAL and that is why I'm voting for Bush". I wonder if I talk to that person after the convention if he still feels that way. (I had this run-in with a Repub. when I was canvassing about three weeks ago.)
