someone on another board i go to posted an article critical of kerry by, of all people, oliver north. when i of course stated that oliver north had as much credibility with me as the folks who see little green men, this was the response, and i'm quoting directly
'I don't think the issue is what Ollie did back in the 80s, I think we are discussing what Kerry did.'
'what ollie did back in the 80's'...like he had a drug-and-party habit or something. the man was a central figure in one of the biggest illegal government conspiracies ever, and it's dismissed as 'what ollie did back in the 80's'.
this, folks, is what we're up against.

We probably lost the Vietnam War because we had people like him on the front lines*.
*This is consistent with my new policy of attacking the military service records of conservative Vietnam veterans until such time as they apologize to John Kerry.

the issue isn't what Ollie did in the 80's but what Kerry did in the 70's??? No wonder my brain hurts. :eyes:
