Bush or Kerry speaking tonight to the CBC?

According to their website, the Congressional Black Caucus has invited both to deliver keynote addresses to the big gala dinner crowd tonight at their annual conference in DC.

Does anyone know if either Bush or Kerry plans to be there tonight?

Forgive me if this is being discussed elsewhere - I may have missed it!

Kerry is a wise man. This is a group that deserves to hear from him, especially considering their attempts to save us from * back in 2000 (the most powerful footage in FH 9/11, in my opinion).

The CBC seems to be way ahead of just about everyone else on Capitol Hill on all issues of importance to America today. When will others catch up?!
