GREEN BAY, Wisconsin (AP) -- A man dropped his fiancee's 8-month-old daughter out of a car as he fled police after being accused of domestic violence, authorities said.

It was a real life "Raising Arizona" scene.

The baby was in the carrier sitting right there in the middle of the road. Like the movie, the baby was not hurt. whew!

Strange that he would put the baby in harms way to begin with, but at least his last act was one of compassion. I guess...

What a weird story.

I saw the picture of the video on the NBC website and couldn't bring myself to watch it. I am glad to know that both the baby is OK and the adult was not intending to hurt the baby.
