Will it be safe to travel abroad if * is back for four more years?

With the people in so many countries hating Bush, I think many of them still tolerate American tourists because they know a majority of us didn't actually want him in office and may not have known what he was going to do internationally. If that lunatic gets four more years, won't they change their perception of the American people because it would appear we are supporting and rewarding Bush for his atrocities?

Yeah, I think people throughout the world will wonder what is wrong with the US and their mentality should * be voted for, but I go to Indonesia yearly, and they don't blame anyone for what the gov't does. I PRAY this country prevails in getting this clown out of office, but don't think you will be judged for what the gov't does.

11. I've been traveling in Europe

for over 30 years (lived in the UK for ten), and never have had anyone be rude to me because I was an American. I've seen Americans abroad be extraordinarily rude to the locals and talk loudly about them, not thinking that they could POSSIBLY understand English.
Bad things happen to American tourists generally because they behave like pigs, not because they're American.
I expect that that will continue, but I don't anticipate an escalation of bad behavior on the part of Europeans.

it's very safe for Americans to travel abroad right now, after he's trashed every long-term relationship the US has had with 90% of the rest of the world. It's the very reason I'm not going to Paris this fall.
