We haven't had a president who was a total catastrophe. We've had our share of failed presidencies, massive failures. Bush, however has: turned the whole world against us; instituted the 'family and friends' plan allowing them to loot the treasury; killed foreigners and caused the deaths of our countrymen; ruined the world ecology; and pissed me off just about every day he's been in office. Take Nixon and Reagan. Nixon sowed death and destruction but had some successful domestic programs that are with us today, e.g., the EPA. Reagan, while barely adequate most of the time, pulled off some excellent moves with the Soviet Union. These are two presidents who had a very negative impact on our country. They pale in comparison to the incompetence, arrogance, and vileness of Bush. You're right Ms. Lisa, he will not be able to show his face after a few months out of office.
