but I think you're right. I can't see what Bush would have ran on. Right now it's, "I fucked up. Thousands died. The evil A-Rabs are goin to kill you"...in other words, "vote for me or die".

He was able to whip up a frenzy of fear and paranoida. It's the only thing he's got.
