| Should there be a DU Iraq War forum? |
|
I was just emotionally devastated by the thread someone started this morning with pictures from Iraq -- especially wounded children.
It made me wonder why there isn't a separate forum focusing on the war. Somewhere we could go just to get images and information on the war that isn't getting out in the mainstream media.
I know there is a Foreign Affairs/National security forum that is divided into 9/11 and Israel/Palestine. The closest to a dedicated Iraq war forum is the 9/11 forum. But those forums tend to be overwhelmed by no-plane-hit-pentagon debates and Palestinian issues.
Is it just me, or does it seem odd there is no where just to discuss the war and share info about it and protest over it?

We should all be hearing about what's going on with the war because it's such an important issue. If it gets put into it's forum it will be relegated to a "forgotten" status.

Sounds strange - the infamous 9/11-Iraq link...
Sorry just a thought

This topic should be addressed in the Ask The Administrators forum since it deals with DU policy.
