Did Bob Novak accidentally reveal his Plame source?

Every week, I have a "Backside Of The Bell Curve Winner" on my little blog <http://ascrivenerslament.blogspot.com/>.

Bob Novak is this week's winner, due to his stupid demand that CBS reveal its sources on the Bush* TANG docs.

Well, according to the CNN Capital Gang transcript, Novak said:

"I'd like CBS, at this point, to say where they got these documents from. They didn't get them from a CIA agent. I don't believe there was any laws involved..."

They didn't get them from a CIA agent?????????

Where the hell did that come from?

He didn't say, "They don't involve a CIA agent."

He said, "They didn't come from a CIA agent."

Any idea where this statement could have come from?

2. You're probably correct, but it just looks weird when you read it.

I just have to wonder why Novak would say such a thing.
