Is the Bush legacy going to be the re-emergence of Russia?
If you listen to what Putin is saying, one might draw that conclusion. I think this should be a Dem talking point. We can fight fear with fear.

They might be an ally this time? That would be the height of irony, finally becoming real allies with Russia during a rep administration.
