I don't know how wto find this on the net, but it was an interview by Woodruff of Kay and the blond senator from La. Ed Schultz also remarked about it on his show today.

Judy was asking the 2 senators about the debates, and about this being an unecessary war. Kay said "Look, you didn't expect our President to just sit around on his duff, he took action, and went after the MONEY and WMD's."

Now I'm sure she mis-spoke, but I bet she's hiding somewhere NOW! Ed Schultz said this is one of those things you didn't mean, wish you could take it back, but damn, it's OUT THERE!
