you may have to sign a time adjustment slip. punch out after your shift ends by a few minutes you have to punch in later on your next shift and sign a slip...god i love walmart -perfection of capitalism...

They want to unionize and they have have the right under law. Hopefully it will have a domino effect in other stores. "If they can do it, why can't we?"

in a Florida store where the meatpackers agreed to unionize. Wal-Mart had brought in the meat pre-packaged when they found out that the employees wanted to unionize. The NLRB then ruled against the company, although I am not sure if Wal-Mart appealed it or not.
