| Kerry looked like a dead guy on Meet the Press today. |
|
Maybe it was the camera angle - I wouldn't be surprised.
He doesn't look anywhere near that gaunt on his C-SPAN appearances.

It was very unflattering lighting. Maybe the camera angle too, not sure about that.

Kerry looks great when he's out in Iowa on the street or doing town halls. He has a sad face, but I and everyone I've seen him with thinks he looks great.

There was one debate where the lighting was perfect on Kerry I remember, and he looked great. People on DU were saying it wasn't fair that the lighting for Kerry was so good, compared to the other candidates on stage, heh.

BUT -
There are plenty of folks out there who don't give a damn for or against Kerry or any other Dem. If they saw what I saw - and I think they did - they'll write him off altogether. And they won't bother to tell us about it.
So I thought it was worth mentioning. Because I think NBC did pull a fast one with its camera lighting.
Remember Al Gore's first debate w/w? Remember the hideous, bright orange makeup? That's what I saw when I watched the debate on CNN.
When I watched snippets of that same debate later on Geraldo, Gore's complexion looked almost normal. Did CNN gimmick the lighting?
Just sayin', someone on Kerry's team, or a volunteer, should check into this.

this bit of greater context in the beginning of the thread - would have changed the context altogether. No offense, but the original read more like a generalized swipe.

I mean, is he OK health wise? I read recently that he had prostate cancer, and it's in remission...? Maybe he shouldn't be running.
What's the diagnosis
