Lordy, it's hard to believe that just a few weeks ago DU was as united as ever and now just look at us; splintered into innumerable pieces.
I'm yearning for anyone, any candidate that we could all unite behind again. It's going to be like 3+ years of primary season from here on out, and that's a scary thought.
Anyone else miss the unity? Even if it was faux unity for the sake of appearing to have a united front against the bushies?
We need SOMETHING or SOMEONE that we can all unite behind once more, but it seems that only elections bring that out of us.
Can't wait until 2008 primaries are over and we can just MOVE ON!

oh hell yes I miss the supposed unity. I want to defend democrats while debating a republican not a democrat. 3+ years, yeah man scary thought, really is.

There are mid-terms coming up in 2006, and if Democrats lose any more Senate seats it's gonna get awful cold & lonely around here.
