Could the Bush Admin. unite Iraqis with a war against Iran?

Iran & Iraq hate each other. If Iran were to counter attack U.S. forces in Iraq would Iraqis see it as an Invasion?

5. There's at least a chance that the Iraqi Shia will join or coordinate with

the Iranian Shia majority. The geopolitics of that area aren't (to me anyway) subject to any rational analysis. Loyalties there shift almost as much as our own do over time.
