| So what are you going to do when the Reagan stamp comes out? |
|
http://www.usps.com/communications/news/stamps/2004/sr04_077.htm:puke: I will ask the USPS teller that I refuse to lick the underside of that thing. I would then ask to see if they have any Lincoln stamps available, because Lincoln was an infinitely better president. As for Reagan, NEVER forget ---> http://www.liberalslikechrist.org/reaganWhat a fucking piece of traitorous trash he was. x(

for me. Hell if I see those old "Morning in America" commercials on my job they STILL piss me off 20+ years later. If I use flag stamps I just put them on the envelope upside down.

Fortunately, I usually buy books of stamps at my food co-op, which sells only inoffensive stamps, like ones with plants or animals on them.

In this case, avoidance is the best way to go about it... (though I did contact the USPS making an innocent inquiry about other Presidents... can't wait to get the response...)

| 30. Why, buy more Cesar Chavez and Paul Robeson stamps. |
|
That is, assuming CC and PR are still available. If you haven't bought a few of those, ask for them. I also have heard Dr. Seuss was a good progressive, so check him out, too.
If any clerk offers me Reagan stamps, I will refuse them. I'll hand-deliver my mail or get a carrier pigeon before using those.

"Buy Boraxo!" "More blush, please." "I did not have Alzheimer's when I was in office, so stop saying that!" "Mr. Soandso, tear open this envelope!" "Uh-oh ... I think I might be dead." "What's my name again?" "Hmm ... this heaven place reminds me of the post office." "Like my new face tattoo?" "Help me, Mummy! They keep putting me in a mailbox." "Are you going to throw me in the trash, too?" "Recycle me, please." "Careful not to rip my face!" "Okay, so I have a few more wrinkles." "Bend me, shape me, anyway you want me ..." (with musical notes, so he's singing) "R-E-S-P-E-C-T ... ouch!" (again, with musical notes) "I'm not really a stamp; I just play one on TV." "How do I taste?" "Do I look fat?" (on an overstuffed envelope) "Oh, look - they've cloned me!" (in multiples) "They told me it was a stem cell research poster." "I ratted out all my communist friends, you know." "At least all the homeless people I created can't afford stamps." "What - H.W.'s boy is president?!" "If that drunken frat boy is president, I'm a postage stamp!" "Gee, I wish someone would make a deal and rescue me from these postal workers." "Hey, it's not easy acting like a postage stamp!"
