3. Jesus Christ, how the fuck does this not constitute a War Crime.

The officers and men that allow this kind of thing to happen should be charged. The command structure, including and up to the Commander in Chief are guilty also.

No matter how much trouble this detainee was giving staff there is no excuse for what the ERF did. I have a feeling this was not a break-down of discipline but a well thought out procedure for dealing with troublesome detainees.

This is disgusting and totally unacceptable.
